1.Bearings for compressors, fans and centrifuges must meet high requirements related to functional reliability and cost reduction. In most cases, standard bearings can meet the requirements, while special bearings are required in some applications. In order to minimize the pressure loss caused by the clearance in the compressor, the guiding clearance of the rolling bearing arrangement is required to be very small. Some compressors operate at very high speeds, so special attention needs to be paid to the speed capacity of bearings. In the compressor, four point contact ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings and angular contact ball bearings are mainly used.

2.For small fan bearing arrangement, we provide special bearings according to different loads, there are six different bearing arrangement.Deep groove ball bearings, with diagonal contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings are installed in the tubular integral vertical bearing housing. In large fans and blowers, the successful application of bearings are self-aligning roller bearings or self-aligning ball bearings installed in the bearing seat SNV, LOE or LOU.Depending on the operating conditions, grease lubrication or oil lubrication can be used.

3.The fan's bearing block unit, the VRE3 separator and the pour scrubber, are both centrifuges that can be used to separate solids from liquids or to mix liquids with solids that are being centrifuged simultaneously. These separation methods can be used in the food and beverage industry, chemical engineering and environmental protection. The design of bearing arrangements usually takes into account vibration, external temperature and special lubrication requirements. The use of calculation software will make it easier to select the right bearing.

4.In many cases, it is possible to use standard bearings at a lower cost, such as SKF angular contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings with pressed steel cages.By being used in the design, it is possible to achieve extremely high functional reliability even under extreme operating conditions.
