The Schaeffler Group and its three brands LuK, INA and FAG are outstanding representatives of companies that are customer-oriented, innovation-driven, and quality-oriented. Since 2002, FAG has not only become a business component of Schaeffler Group's automotive and industrial fields, but also maintains to provide the latest high-quality products for the aviation and aerospace fields. FAG was established by Mr. Friadrich Fischer, the inventor of the ball mill, in Schweinfurt, Germany in 1883. His invention laid the foundation for the roller bearing industry. Today, FAG has factories in Yinchuan and Shanghai, China, and has established a joint production base with LuK and INA under the group in Taicang, Jiangsu. All after-sales services of the Schaeffler Group in the global automotive sector are solely responsible for LuK Automotive Parts Services (LuK-AS) in Langen, Germany.

FAG provides axial and radial FAG bearings for the automotive field. The series-mounted double row angular contact ball bearing, which was officially launched on the market in 2005, is one of them. The wheel bearings of passenger cars and commercial vehicles also include sensor technology for ABS, EPS, TCS and suspension mechanisms. Nowadays, the world's major automobile manufacturers choose FAG bearings. FAG bearings are not only used for main engine matching, but also sold in the after-sales market. In addition to wheel hub bearing units, FAG also provides axle differential parts, transmission bearings and engine parts for commercial vehicles.

In the industrial field, FAG is also a supplier of railway technology. For example, FAG's wheel bearings are used on the high-speed train ICE in Germany. In addition to railway technology, FAG products are also used in the following fields: machinery, power transmission and consumer products. Two FAG spherical roller bearings are installed on the famous London Ferris wheel "London Eye". The bearings have a diameter of 2m and weigh several tons. Now, FAG can supply up to 40,000 standard products to customers.
